Pastor Terrance Gibson is a husband, father, pastor, teacher, and servant of Jesus Christ whose heart is centered on helping people understand the Word of God, discover their identity in Christ, and live under the rule and reign of God's Kingdom.
As Senior Pastor of Jesus Is Love Ministries, Terrance carries a passion for teaching Scripture in a way that is deep enough to challenge the mature believer, yet practical enough for someone just beginning their walk with Christ. His ministry is rooted in the conviction that church should be about more than attendance, tradition, titles, buildings, or personalities. It should produce disciples who know Jesus, understand His Word, live Kingdom principles, and help make other disciples.
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness…”Matthew 6:33 KJV
Terrance's journey into ministry has included seasons of serving, waiting, learning, disappointment, rejection, transition, and discovering that God's calling cannot be measured by how often someone is handed a microphone. Those experiences helped shape his conviction that obedience to God matters more than recognition from people.
His ministry experience has included pastoral leadership and ministry to youth, adults, marriages, parents, and families. At the heart of it all is a desire to see people move beyond simply going to church and develop an authentic relationship with the Father through Jesus Christ, led by the Holy Spirit and grounded in the Word of God.
Terrance is also a creative at heart. His interests in writing, teaching, storytelling, media, and film reflect his desire to communicate biblical truth beyond the traditional pulpit and reach people wherever they are.
Teach the Word. Preach Jesus. Make disciples. Advance the Kingdom. And one day hear, “Well done.”
